Roberts and Hutchinson Counties, Texas

These family-owned mineral rights consist of over 31,375.5 net mineral acres (assuming all family members sell) spanning both Roberts and Hutchinson counties (which are in the Texas Panhandle adjacent to Ochiltree and Hemphill counties). Family will consider selling less than all of them. See map links below.

7,251 of these currently leased at 3/16 royalty, with an option the lessee can exercise on or before January 27, 2023, to pick up an additional 5,760 acres (contiguous to the leased acreage).

Owners will consider any reasonable offer; and are willing to present a number of purchase options to buyers in order to craft a good deal for both buyer and sellers. All offers for any or all of the acreage must be submitted through The Mineral Hub in order to be considered.

These mineral rights lie between the Moore-Watkins and Stinnett Oil Fields to the west, and the Quinpono Gas and Oil Field to the east. Both Roberts and Hutchinson counties had significant oil and gas production throughout 2021.
