Roger Mills County, Oklahoma (small tracts in Custer as well)

This section has a couple of 640 wells on it, currently operated by Presidio Petroleum and Maverick/Unbridled Resources, respectively. Mewbourne Oil recently applied to drill multi-unit wells consisting of adjacent sections 3-10, 2-11, and 1-12. Owner feels this is a good time to sell. We have a source deed into current owner, and an Apache (former operator) check stub from 2019 can be seen below for the Bobby 1-14 well, but recent income would be minimal due to the small interest and low production from current wells, and it appears the Bobby well is currently shut in (see below), though the Deal 1-14 operated by Presidio is still producing…though minimally. Lease royalty is believed to be 3/16.

Owner will also throw in two other small interests (less than .5 acres in each) in 27-13N-20W and 34-13N-20W of Custer County. 27 has a very small “SHEWMAKER #1-27” gas well (no check stubs from owner..who doesn’t save most of them) and 34 was leased at 3/16 earlier this year (we have filed copy).

$7420 would buy it all.
