By listing with us, you warrant that you are an adult who is legally able to enter into this agreement, and grant us the exclusive right to market and offer the listed mineral rights for sale for a period of 21 days from the date your listing is posted. You agree not to sell or arrange to sell to anyone during that time unless pursuant to this agreement.
Because this is a free listing service whose goal is simply to provide a platform where mineral rights owners can list their mineral properties for sale, we make no representations or warranties of any kind related to any person or entities you or we may communicate with as a result of your listing appearing on our site, including any characteristics related to trustworthiness, creditworthiness, business acumen, financial standing and/or similar characteristics.
